Placez au réfrigérateur jusqu’à dégustation - Si les boules deviennent friables au contact du chocolat (ce qui a commencé pour ma part quand j’en étais à la moitié) remettez au congélateur quelques minutes en laissant le chocolat sur le bain-marie.
Pour napper plus facilement et rapidement tout en ayant une couche pas trop épaisse j’ai utilisé un pinceau en silicon
